Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship to the following countries:

  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • France
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands

We are working to expand the list of destinations.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time varies depending on the product purchased.

If your order includes a made-to-order product, the delivery time is between 7-10 working days. Made-to-order products are clearly marked on the product page.

For orders with in-stock products, the delivery time is between 2-4 working days.

 
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country.

In Spain, shipping is free for orders over €130. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €4.95.

In France, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, shipping is free for orders over €230. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €15.

Which payments methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, we work with Stripe, one of the most secure platforms at the moment.

 
How do I make an order?

It's easy! Choose the product you like the most, make sure you choose the right size. Add it to the shopping cart and complete the purchase. If you have any questions, write to info@avec812.com

 
How can I cancel or change my order?

If once you have paid for your order and we have received your order confirmation email, and you realise that you want to cancel or exchange an item, please contact us at info@avec812.com and we will help you.

We recommend that before paying you check your order to make sure that everything is correct.

How can I make a return?

You have 30 days for any exchange or return. It's always necessary to present the receipt; in this case, present the invoice that will arrive in your email once the order is on its way. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

To process any returns, please contact us at info@avec812.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Within a maximum of 48 working hours, we will respond with the information to proceed with the return. Returns that have not been previously reported via email will not be accepted.

Unless it is a defective product, the cost of the return and any associated expenses are borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return through a parcel delivery service. The customer may choose the method that suits them best, although we recommend using a service that provides shipment tracking.

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were sent, with their original packaging intact. Additionally, returns must be properly packaged to protect the products during transportation. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return not being accepted. If the customer wishes to have the items returned to them, they will be responsible for the associated shipping costs.

Socks are not eligible for returns.

Currently, we do not offer exchange services. To exchange a product, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

How do I know if I have chosen the right size?

At AVEC812, we understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to get the size right.
